Tom Jandl founded MisterFixIt Appliance Repair in 2017 after spending more than a decade repairing appliances for Sears/A&E Factory Service. With over 20 years of experience, he’s built the company around honest recommendations, fair pricing, and dependable service. His philosophy is simple: if a repair isn’t the best financial decision, he’ll say so.

Carter Haug joined MisterFixIt as co-owner in 2026 and is continuing the company’s commitment to honest service and dependable repairs. Raised on a farm, he developed the hands-on work ethic and problem-solving skills that guide his approach today. Carter takes pride in doing the job right the first time and earning every customer’s trust.
